Here at Inspire Sports we believe in coaching the whole athlete and find it valuable to start them at a young age. Our classes are full of movement, learning, and laughter. Each class features a fun, progressive curriculum designed to develop age-appropariate skills. We keep things fun and exciting by having new themes twice a month that are sure to keep them engaged.
Available Programs:
Tumbling Tots (2-3 Yrs, 4-5 Yrs)
Students will learn basic tumbling skills such as forwards and backwards rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and back-bends. You will see them grow and practice fundamental milestones, learn how to take turns, interact with their peers, and gain a sense of self-confidence.

Tots Dance (3-5 Yrs)
In this class we like to use imagination and creativity to allow our students to explore new movements and push themselves to try new basic dance skills to build confidence.Students will learn fundamental movement concepts such as spatial awareness and rythm. In this fun, safe place you will watch them gain confidence, learn how to move their body, take turns, and form bonds with their peers.

Lil Ninja (3-6 Yrs)
A thrilling and dynamic class for youngsters that involves running, jumping, climbing, and vaulting over various obstacles in the environment. Great for developing agility, strength, and mental focus while having fun.
