What is Parkour?

Our Parkour classes will test your child’s skills through obstacle course training, warped wall runs, and tumbling. This is the perfect program for a child who has a ton of energy, because we promise they’ll leave tired, sweaty and talking about how much fun they had!

Each class is 55 minutes and will include a warm up, obstacle course, tumbling, and stations. Our safety-certified instructors teach by using drills and spotted skills. They will get one on one attention and progress learning new skills in a safe and fun environment!
