This 45 minute clinic is for those who want to master their backbend kick over, front walkover or back walkover. During the class, you will learn the proper technique for performing a walkover and kick over, as well as exercises to help develop the necessary strength and flexibility. We will also cover common mistakes and how to correct them.

Back Handspring Clinic
Welcome to our back handspring clinic, where we aim to help you perfect your back handspring technique! During this clinic, you'll receive personalized instruction from our experienced coaches who will guide you through the steps of mastering the back handspring. We will focus on proper body positioning, timing, and technique, as well as building strength and flexibility to perform this skill safely and confidently.

Leaps & Turns
This 45 minute clinic is for those who want to perfect their turns and leaps. From preparation, to placement, to spotting and more, turns involve multiple elements that must work together. During this time athletes will work technique, strength, and train muscles to help get their turns and leaps perfect, specifically working Pirouettes, La Seconde turns, side leaps, c jumps and toe touch. You'll leave with a greater understanding and confidence in your skills, ready to take your dancing to the next level. High School Cheer Prep (13-18 Yrs)
In this 45 min class students can expect to gain a better understanding of what is expected for High School Cheer. You will work tumbling, jumps, motions, choreography, flexibility, and strength training. During this time, you'll receive personalized instruction from our experienced coaches who will guide you through the steps of mastering your skills. We will focus on proper body positioning, timing, and technique, as well as building strength and flexibility to perform this skill safely and confidently.
