Adult Tumbling

This adult tumbling class is for any level. Class will start with a guided stretch and dynamic warm up all together, then participants can branch off and work on their own pace. This class is an hour long, and participants will work skills based off their ability and desire. There will be an experienced coach there to help spot skills if desired.

Aerial Silks

Adult Aerial Silks Each student will get their own silk to practice on. You’ll learn the fundamentals of aerial silks technique, including climbing, foot locks, and basic poses. You’ll also develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness as you work your way up to more challenging moves. As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your own creativity and style through the use of the fabric. Aerial silks is a great way to build confidence, improve your physical fitness, and express yourself creatively. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced performer, a beginning aerial silks class is a fun and rewarding way to explore the world of aerial arts.
